Membership is contingent on review and approval by the AHLC Board of Directors. Payments submitted for membership by anyone not approved will be refunded within 30 days.

Do you qualify for membership?

Members must be business owners who
offer in-salon, non-surgical hair restoration services, with a minimum two years of experience (retail membership)
or
are board certified hair transplant surgeons with the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) (retail membership)
or
manufacture and/or distribute hair replacement products or services (vendor membership)
or
are licensed cosmetologists with a goal of becoming a Hair Replacement Specialist (sponsored membership)

New Membership Applicants

The American Hair Loss Council requires specific documents for each member level. New membership applicants will be required to provide a copy of the following (varies for each membership level) Examples:

  1. a valid business license
  2. a valid cosmetology license
  3. seller's permit
  4. EIN number
